We live in a world that is constantly filled with loud, noisy, stimulants and distractions. It is not until we remove ourselves away from the center of it all that we can find peace and quiet that nature brings. Remember that quiet, calm and stillness is part of who we are, our natural state of being, but it's often times that we are being pulled into different directions that cloud our perception and obstruct our mind.
