Your mantra to motivate you in reaching your goal

What is one biggest goal that is giving you challenges and obstacles at this moment in your life? There is no escape to life except to change your perspectives in working with it. You can make it as efforting and create the most negative outcome or choose to work more effortlessly and create the most positive outcome.

Two powerful words that can easily be underestimated...your ability to START AGAIN in any situation whenever you feel like you’re stuck or falling behind. As life gets into the way especially when you have a goal that you aim to reach or a yoga asana that you are progressing towards or trying to perfect. Wherever you are or however overwhelm you may feel in the midst of it all, allow yourself to be okay to start again. When you begin to soften into being okay, the more ease and flow life will become for you to reach your goal. Here are the magic 3 steps to get to where you need to go in an effortless way.

3 Steps to START AGAIN to reach your goal

Step 1

The first step is the most important and essential ingredient in moving through life, the inhale and exhale. When you take a breath in and breath out, it allows you to refresh your system and hence to start again in whatever you’re doing. Every breath is an opportunity to start again. Inhale, Exhale, Repeat! Keep coming back to the two breaths, to give you the space to start again and again and again!

Step 2

The second step is to acknowledge wherever you are in your journey at this moment is perfect. When you accept where you are, it allows you to move from this place forward. Some people may take a shorter time to get to their goal and some take longer and it is perfectly okay to take whatever time that is required to get you to where you need to go. Just like progressing an asana in yoga that you cannot rush, you have to listen to the body and acknowledge where it is at otherwise you will cause more harm than do good.

Step 3

The third step is to work kindly with yourself. It is easy to beat yourself up for things you’ve missed or not being able to attain, drop the guilt and harshness to yourself as it is not useful towards reaching your goal. Instead, be kind to yourself, your body and wherever you are so that you can work towards your goal in a more gentler approach that is much more effective. Just like when you are working with an asana, if you push yourself the body will resist but when you work kindly with your body it will give and soften.

Now, I like you to see the same goal that you are working towards, how are you going to approach the challenges and obstacles differently?

Let’s start again!
