When one door closes, another opens
After nearly 3 years of opening, we are sad to close our studio door as it is not financially sustainable to continue. It has been a joyful journey to share our passion of Yoga and Pilates with you all. We are so grateful to have your support to build such a beautiful community in a sacred space. As one door closes, another opens...what we value the most is not only the passion we share but the connection we made and this is where it leads to the next step. Our last class will be on Saturday 13th May, Carol from My Yoga Essence would love to keep you in touch with where she will be hosting classes when the space is closed. If you would like to be in touch, please email email@example.com Carol will still be running group classes, private and corporate classes as well as retreat. The website will be transformed to be inclusive of Carol's wellbeing services. Stay tune to continue your wellbeing journey with Carol.

As we farewell Alenka to wish her the best of luck with her new journey of being a mum-to-be, Lora who will be leaving for her journey to India, there are slight changes with our existing timetable. Please ensure you check out our timetable which is effective from 1st March, click here.
If you purchase any pass that expires after 13th May, please ensure you use it before 13th May as there will be no refund. Apologies for any inconvenience.
There will be merchandise items, used mats/blocks/straps and a few furniture at SALE price from April. Please check studio to see what is available.
Please ensure you collect your mat on/before 13th May. Any remaining mats will be disposed.
We are still here to provide you with health and wellbeing to keep you stay active as we move into the cooler months ahead.
Yoga in the Park
Connect with the nature and take our mat outside! Let the sun warm your skin and the gentle breeze cool your body. If you haven’t yet experienced yoga outdoor, it will open your heart, open your mind and let the freshness of nature rejuvenate your body and mind!
Grab your yoga mat, water bottle and put on some sunscreen and let’s practice together under the sun (or shade)!
If the weather permits (sunny day and no rain), we will meet at the studio at 10:20am and check in and walk across to Mary Ann St Park which is a close by park. Unless it’s a windy/wet day, we will stay in the studio.

Gentle Yoga Class
Ready to unwind, re-energise and focus? New weekly classes await you from Wednesday, the 1st of February on. Through gentle breath- centred movements, we will travel inside to open, strengthen and relax our body and to re-connect with our inner self.
If you are ready to create space for your own wellbeing, join Daniela from Oneness Yoga Space for two gentle yoga classes every Wednesday and Friday evening. Class size is limited to 10 people to allow space for every individual.
