Through the quiet ritual of tea and the luminous tones of clear quartz crystal bowls, we’ll journey inward—awakening the breath, softening the body, and attuning the mind to a deeper rhythm. This is a space to restore, align, and attune to a higher frequency.
In this 2.5 hours journey, Cenk will guide you through a sacred Tea Ceremony—an invitation into stillness and noble silence. With each bowl of tea, we enter a deeper inward journey, allowing the practice of mindful sipping to gently unfold an inner landscape of presence and peace. As we sit together in reverence for tea as Medicine, we cultivate a profound connection to ourselves and the shared energy of the circle. As we steep in the stillness of tea, we prepare the body and spirit to receive the healing vibrations of sound.
Immerse yourself in the healing resonance of Soundbath with Carol, where sound becomes medicine for the soul. During this sound healing journey, let the gentle vibrations of the clear quartz crystal bowls and wind chime to wash through the body—calming the nervous system, releasing stagnant energy, and restoring inner harmony. As the tones ripple outward, they invite deep rest, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of spaciousness. Following the ceremony, we’ll enjoy light refreshments and gather in a sharing circle—an opportunity to reflect, integrate, and honour the timeless wisdom of these two ancient, complementary practices.

About your Guides
Carol Man
Carol is a Yoga and Qigong Teacher, Energy and Sound Healer. With over a decade of experience in the healing modalities of Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Myofascial Release. As well as in recent years, where she dived into the world of energy healing of Qigong and Medical Intuition. Her passion is to help people align their energy with nature's energy through intuitively guiding and empowering each individual to connect with their body’s deeper messages and its innate wisdom to self-heal and return to wholeness.
Cenk
A tea lover all his life, he discovered a new way to appreciate tea in Bali, a few years ago. Since then, he has been a student of tea, learning from the Global Tea Hut in Taiwan. Last year, he attended a silent ten-day tea retreat in Europe to immerse himself deeper in the study of Tea, Zen and Qigong. The Four Virtues of Tea inspire him: harmony, respect, purity and tranquillity. His tea ceremony is your invitation to stillness and a deeper inward journey.
