Carol’s yoga practice to me is a unification of mind and body, a moving meditation as she refers to it. Practicing yoga with Carol is not about what outcomes you should achieve but more about experimenting with possibilities.

With over a decade of experience within the worlds of Yoga, Myofascial Release, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda, I’ve been called to dive deeper into intuitive energy healing modalities of Qigong and Medical Intuition. My passion is to help people connect with their body’s innate wisdom to self-heal.
